STEP -1
Employer
Will Issue
a “Demand Letter” Mentioning The Requirement Of Personnel Including List Of
Categories, Number Of Personnel Required In Each Category, Salaries Offered
With Other General Terms & Conditions Of The Contract.
Employer Will Also
Provide The Details Of The Job Responsibilities Of Each Category Required.
Employer Will Issue
a “Power Of Attorney”, “Demand Letter” & “Agency Agreement” In The Name of
ALSIRAJ INTERNATIONAL
LIMITED (ASIL)’s
associates
of the recruiting country.
Employer
Will
Furnish a Copy of The Permission from the Labour Office and a copy of The
Specimen Employment Agreement of the Company.
STEP-2
ALSIRAJ INTERNATIONAL
LIMITED (ASIL)
Will
Get Attested these Demand Letter, Agency Agreement, Power of Attorney and specimen
Employment Agreement from the Relevant Embassy in
Tripoli.

On Receipt
of Attested “Power of Attorney”, “Demand Letter” and “Agency Agreement”
ALSIRAJ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
(ASIL)
will obtain Official
Permission from
Ministry of Overseas
Affairs, Government of the Concerned Country
to release requirement
advertisement, conduct
Interviews and start pre -
selection.
ALSIRAJ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (ASIL) has a huge database and will
start matching from the database also.
The
candidates will be thoroughly Pre-Screened by
ALSIRAJ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
(ASIL)’s Qualified
& Experienced Professionals taking into consideration their Qualification,
Experience In Particular Field or Industry and over all Personality on the

STEP-4
Either, Short-Listed Candidates will
be Finally Selected by our Expert Team of Engineers and
ALSIRAJ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
(ASIL)
will take
the Technical Guarantee of Each Selected Candidate.
Or, on procuring the Right
Applicants as per the Requirement, a schedule will be prepared and Proper
arrangements will be made for conducting final Interviews with Selection Team
of
The
Employer
and Professionals, who will assist them in Selection of the
Capable Candidates in different cities of recruiting country.
STEP - 5
ALSIRAJ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
(ASIL)
will make proper arrangements for the Practical Test (Trade Test) at
Industrial/Construction site to assess the Practical Knowledge of the
candidate.
STEP- 6
After final
interviews and practical test
ALSIRAJ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
(ASIL)
will
prepare Lists of Selected Candidates and will make the necessary arrangements
for the Selected Candidates for Medical Check-Up from the Panel Medical Centers
Authorised By
Libyan People’s Bureau.
STEP - 7
On Completion of Selection
Procedure, Trade Test & Medical Test
ALSIRAJ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

will Send
the copies of Passports of Selected Candidates with Arabic Translations As Per
The New Mandatory Rule of Libyan Immigration for Initializing the Process of
Sending Employment Visa..jpg)
STEP - 8
Employer Will Send Employment Visas
through Libyan Immigration Department to Libyan
People’s Bureau.
ALSIRAJ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (ASIL) will collect the Employment Visas from the Libyan People’s
Bureau, for the Selected Candidates.
STEP -
9
ALSIRAJ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED
(ASIL)
assures that after obtaining
Employment Visas for the Selected Candidates the necessary arrangements will be
made for their earliest departure to
Tripoli without
any delay.
STEP -10
After arrival of
the candidates in Libya
ALSIRAJ INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

always extend their support and A representative will visit
the Personnel time to time as and when required.
